Hello!
My name is Heather and I’m a Registered Dietitian living in Edmonton, Alberta.
I love working with individuals to understand their unique food history and guide them towards a peaceful eating experience. This fulfills me every single day! I love the science of our bodies, and the psychology of eating and thinking about food.
When we work together, I will aim to show you that eating can be enjoyable and satisfying, and decisions about food do not have to take up all of your mental energy and focus.

My approach
Eating is an essential part of life – and it should be an enjoyable experience. I help clients build a peaceful, sustainable relationship with food and their bodies. We eat for many reasons – joy, comfort, celebration, and health – and every one of them matters.
My goal is to support you in finding balance: to help make eating feel satisfying, nourishing, and aligned with your well-being. I want you to feel good in your body and confident in how you care for it.
Whether you’re managing a health condition, aiming to reduce your risk for chronic disease, or simply hoping to improve your overall relationship with food, I’m here to support you!
What to expect
Weight-neutral and inclusive care. It’s important to me that every person I meet with feels seen and respected. You can expect that I will attend our appointments with compassion and without judgement. I believe that you know your body best!
I’m here to offer guidance and support, and help simplify the nutrition information that many of us encounter on a daily basis. If you are feeling overwhelmed and confused by conflicting recommendations, or have multiple concerns that feel too complex to navigate, I can help.
