During your appointment
I would love to hear your story! Our bodies and eating patterns are so personal and unique to us, and our first appointment is a space for you to share your experiences so that we can explore how to start working towards a peaceful and sustainable way of eating.
For those with a diagnosed eating disorder, we will also go through relevant health history and medical status so that I an ensure I am supporting you safely. My approach may look different depending on where you are in your recovery.

- exploring hunger and fullness cues
- learning about weight science and human biology
- developing mindful and intuitive eating skills
- support with coping strategies and interrupting disordered eating behaviors
