We’ll review your history, symptoms, and lifestyle. If you are currently receiving any medical treatment, that’s helpful for me to know too. Ultimately, I’m interested in what your goals are and what challenges you are currently facing in meeting them.

For some individuals, the priority is to reduce inflammation associated with a health condition, and for others it may be to reduce the health risks associated with aging and menopause. If you are unsure about how your condition or symptoms may be addressed, I will provide you with evidence-based recommendations and we will decide together what feels right for you.
