During your appointment
We’ll review your digestive history, lifestyle, medications, supplements, eating habits – anything that may be contributing to your symptoms. During our appointment, I will provide personalized and evidence-based nutrition recommendations to support you in feeling better.
Typically we will work on 1-2 changes at a time and monitor closely to see how you feel. Improving digestion is a little bit of trial and error, but in a methodical and intentional way. We are aiming for gentle and gradual improvement which can take weeks to months depending on the person.
